Joy serves bi-vocationally as a leadership trainer in Theology of Work, and as Vice President of Financial Services for East-West Ministries International, a global organization operating in 40+ countries.
Joy sits on the Board of Directors of Made to Flourish which empowers pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities.
Joy’s passion for collaboration and expanding Kingdom impact helped launch the BOLDLY Conference: the first-of-its-kind Faith+Work for Women conference.
